Is an online or email estimate a final quotation?
An initial estimate is based on the model, symptoms and information supplied. These may not reveal the full fault or hidden internal damage. Liquid damage, corrosion, motherboard/no-power faults, intermittent problems and data-recovery requests may require physical inspection and testing before a final quotation. We explain the findings and obtain your approval before repair work begins.
Can you quote based on my own diagnosis?
Your suspected diagnosis helps guide our checks, but similar symptoms can have different causes and may not reveal every fault. An estimate based on the reported issue may change if inspection identifies a different cause or additional damage. We explain the assessed repair scope and quotation before you decide.
Is the diagnostic check really 100% free?
Yes, completely free. We inspect your laptop or MacBook at zero cost. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote, you pay $0.
Do I need to make an appointment before visiting?
No appointment needed! Walk-ins are welcomed during our regular store hours (Mon–Fri: 9am–8pm, Sat: 9am–6pm).
How long does a diagnostic evaluation take?
Most standard checks take between 1 to 24 hours depending on queue volume and issue complexity. Intermittent faults and liquid damage may require additional testing time.
Will I be charged if you cannot fix my device?
No. If a device is unrepairable or replacement parts are obsolete, we will inform you directly and you collect your device for $0.
